2018 Move Forward 5k/10k

***Time change: Due to cooling temperatures and an earlier sunset, we will meet at 6pm for the next 2 weeks before the race.
Walkers and runners of all ages and fitness levels wanting to train towards the Move Forward 5k or 10k Race.
Regis University's Couch to 5K is a free program designed to assist community members in achieving their fitness goals. Click here to view a sample training plan.
